After submitting for—and receiving—her first press pass at age 12 to cover Vans Warped Tour, Carolyn's passion for connecting with creative minds defined her adolescence and has come to define her adult life. A recent graduate with a degree in “Cultural Criticism With a Focus on Music and Aesthetics” from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Carolyn spent her young life honing her writing and critical skills. Since her move to New York in 2015, she has been able to enhance these skills with broader knowledge of the editorial and creative industries, becoming a versatile media professional in the process. Her initial passion for music led her to discover an interest in the aesthetics of fashion and beauty, and ultimately the interconnectedness between all modes of cultural expression.
